Opened in 2023 by none other than Prince William, the charity's patron, each 21m² modular home features a compact yet functional layout, including a well-equipped kitchen, dining area, bathroom, and ample space for relaxation, fostering independence among its youthful inhabitants. These homes arrive fully furnished, with kitchens, bathrooms, electrical systems, and plumbing already installed, allowing Centrepoint to integrate them into their housing network swiftly. Utilizing modular designs, this initiative not only provides genuinely affordable living but also reduces construction costs and timeframes by over 50%, underscoring Centrepoint's commitment to accessible housing solutions.
